Written authorization for the use of any of the aforementioned creative work or artwork, photographs, messages, or other data must be secured before it is eaten.
Users agree to defend Pine Digital Hub against any legal action brought against it due to the customer's inability to obtain all required copyright and/or other licenses or grants.
Orders placed within an hour of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund from Pine Digital Hub. Orders are regarded as final and cannot be cancelled after one hour. Within 30 days of receiving your product, if you are unhappy with it, you can ask for a refund. Your money will be refunded to you less a 50% early cancellation charge from Pine Digital Hub.
You acknowledge that any payments made to your credit card or bank account for services rendered by Pine Digital Hub will not be disputed or returned by you. Pine Digital Hub may impose a fee on you for filing a chargeback or dispute, and it may also file a lawsuit to retaliate.
